   "Our wine is made from fresh pomegranates. We never use concentrate or lesser quality foreign juice, nor has the juice been pasteurized or has had any artificial ingredients added to the wine to change the flavor.
   We control the entire wine making process, everything from growing the fruit to harvesting to the fermentation and bottling the final product.

Highland High School Blackwatch Band Scottish Percussion Group
With Bagpiper Doug Burdick

Black Watch is the premier Scottish-themed marching band in Bakersfield. The band serves many functions for Highland and the community at large. Primary, the band is the main competitive entity of the program. Each year, it prepares a field show and competes against other high schools in Bakersfield and from across California. Black Watch competes and performs in both local and WBA marching band events.

The Indoor Drumline meets after the marching band season is finished. The pit and battery percussion sections meet to rehearse a show that consists of music performance, marching, and set design, organized around a central theme. It then competes in PPAACC competitions and other out of town events.
