   We offer Harris Ranch Beef USDA Choice and Certified Angus Beef, Savory Sausages made from our own special recipes, Ready To Cook Deep Pit Beef & Deep Pit Turkey. Of course
we have Steaks, Chops, Tri-Tips, Roasts and Ribs, Ribs, Ribs of all types. We have Marinated Meats including Tri-Tips, Ribs, Steaks and Chicken. Our own Ground Beef including Ground Chuck, Ground Round and Ground Sirloin - and they are all ground right on the premises.
We also have many Ready To Cook meat entrees for simple dinner solutions including
Stuffed Pork Chops, Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Meatloaf, Fajitas - Chicken or Beef and our zesty Chile Verde.
